Refund policy
At Nurture & Restore Wellness Inc., all supplement and product sales are considered final.
Because our products are intended for individual clients as part of a personalized wellness protocol, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for any opened, used, or partially consumed items. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, pending approval.
To request a return, please email us at orders@nurturerestore.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, instructions will be provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs, and a restocking fee of 10% may apply.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected.
